Electrical issues after installing electronic ignition.

Installed Scootopia 12V electronic ignition on a '64 LI S3. Scoot has spark & starts up with no issues. However, none of the electronics work (no lights, no kill switch) with the original 6V rectangular junction box. I bought the recommended Scootopia 12v Junction Box. I still have the 6V wiring harness in the scoot. I have gone over the diagram and instructions with no improvements. Doing some research, I came across: https://www.t-a-s-s.co.uk/index.php?route=product/product&product_id=4700 which provides additional degtailed instructions for this particular scootopia product. It does state, "if you are using an original loom, you will need to put a spade connector on the single green wire so it feeds back through to your kill switch. There is an isolated plug in the 12v Junction box that you can plug your original double green into." I ve read this over a few times and it is not making complete sense to me. If anyone has a similiar setup and experienced the same issue or just know better, I would greatly appreciate the advice! I can provide pictures if needed.

The Scootopia ignition is basically the same as the Varitronic.

The yellow/white from the stator is your 12vac. That goes to the regulator. The brown, pink and grey from the loom and the output of the regulator common together at the junction block. This makes your 12vac and feeds the headset junction block.
