Just setting up a new rebuild using a Casa Clubman exhaust and with the provided clamp, it leaks at the main clamp (where u-bend meets the box). I wouldn't expect to need sealant on a traditionally fitting pipe (originals don't use it!). Does everyone use sealant on these or get better clamps than the default?
I use copper RTV on every exhaust install. Not worth chancing without it.
