Have a TV 175 with a 22PHBL carb. I can not get the scooter to run right. Have adjusted the tick over screw and the idle. Now it won't even start.
Any one local to the Nassau county NY area that can help. Will gladly pay for someone to come to my location and help me get this scooter running.
