Series 1, 2, 3 to GP

Hi All,

I recently purchased one of these BGM 12v LED tail light reflector for my Scootopia 12V Variable ignition. The wiring is pretty easy (pink, black, ground) and matches up with my loom (4 Pole AC Single Wire Brake switch with Pink wire terminating). Weird thing is when this light is all wired up, I get no running light, only brake light works when I press pedal. However it seems if I disconnect the pink brake wire (connecting the light with only the black wire and ground), both brake and running lights will work; BUT when I press on the brake, the headlamp and speedo light also brighten up considerably. I am wondering if this is somehow connected to my single wire brake switch and if others have seen a similar issue? any thought are appreciated
