Attention Jamboree Goers!

Kentucky Jamboree Arrival Day – What to Expect (Thursday)

Pre-Departure

• Rain is possible—pack accordingly.

• Boat Tour participants: bring a jacket. The cave stays cool year-round.

• Banquet Attire: "Dress to Impress." Think graduation ceremony, wedding guest, or dinner out—not necessarily formal, just a step up from a t-shirt.

• Bring cash. ATMs are limited in the area. Raffle tickets and bartenders are cash-only.

Thursday Check-In

• 3:00–5:30 PM: Event Registration (pre-registered attendees only) near the cabins at Natural Bridge State Resort Park. The Woodland Center is not available for Jamboree activities on Thursday.

• Pre-ordered Jamboree Medallions can be picked up during registration.

• Walk-up registrations, on-site medallion sales, and clubstore begin Friday morning.

• Hemlock Lodge and cabin check-in begins at 4:00 PM

• If you're towing a trailer, please unload in the lower parking lots before heading up the hill.

• Trail's Tavern (Hemlock Lodge)

Thursday Evening

• Around 6:00 PM: Group ride departs from the top of Hemlock Lodge for our Meet & Greet at Hops.

• $15/person (includes gratuity). Nacho bar with vegan and vegetarian options available.

• Beverages sold separately.
