Past and Present

So after years of wrestling with my conscience, I finally pulled the trigger on a Royal Alloy scooter to keep my SX200 company.

I had reservations but after seeing so many of my peers in the UK use them on rallies and no one up here in the Blue Ridge mountains of Virginia to judge me, I felt it was the right time to experiment.

Honestly for a twist and go it’s an impressive machine and while the rear end is way too fat, there are some nice Lambrettaesque touches.

Would be interested to hear comments from members on these.

Will be at the Jamboree with the SX.

It looks like it would make a nice fun daily rider, but too big for my dumb corgi legs.
