Motion to remove current VP from office
I want to put forth the motion to have Julie removed as vice president using Section 8.04 -Removal of Officers
The Executive Board may remove Officers only whenever the action serves the best interests of the club, but such removal shall be done without prejudice. During the planning of the 2024 Lambretta Jamboree several actions or lack of action impacted the event for all attendees. Non participation on any of the planning sessions, gathering sponsorship was unsuccessful causing the club to come out of pocket for the raffle. The officers of the Lambretta Club USA are elected to serve the best interest of the club and its members. This includes all members and should not include any political motivation or ideals. Unfortunately Julie’s actions during her tenure have been detrimental to the organization. I understand the gravity of this motion and has not been brought with levity. With this type of motion what are next steps?
Right move before 2025 Jamboree begins. Best of luck to the former VP, we're charging on. Have a great event LCUSA. Wish I could be there, I know how much hard work it takes.
