Vice President announcement
I'm happy to announce that Darcy Morey (member #1260) has been appointed LCUSA Vice President for the remaining tenure of my presidency. Darcy has been an active member of Lambretta Club USA for the past eight years and has also acted as the LCUSA Ambassador for Oregon for the past six years. Darcy makes a great addition to the LCUSA administration with her passion for all things Lambretta and I am very much looking forward to working with her. Here is a brief history of Darcy's scooter background in her own words:
I first got into the scene in the mid '80's in Southern California and got my first scooter around 1986. Later, I purchased a 1958 LD as my first lambretta. Time went by and I had step away from riding, however, countless other scooters have come and gone. In 2017, the spark was reignited and I bought my 1962 LI150 Series 3. And subsequently bought my 1961 LI150 Series 2 in 2020. while we have many in the garage, I'm searching for #4, which I dream will be a moody, black Series 1 with an obscene motor.
