Jamboree Discussion

I know we had the discussion on the Facebook page but I wanted to know if there is anything official that has a boundary line for what’s considered east coast, west coast or central for bid planning? I don’t think we can use timezones unless everyone in Mountain gets divided in half. Besides Montana needing to be split based on city location is this accurate? Or am I way off?
