Help Making Base Gasket

I need to make a thick base gasket cut from aluminum. 2, 2.5. Pictured is the shape i need, not the material. Does anyone have a way to do this. In the past I have tried a hole saw with the same diameter as the bore. The cut hole is sloppy. If I get it laser cut at companies around me its very expensive. $100+. Machine shops say its to small for there equipment (code for they dont want to do it.)

Thanks for the help!

BGM 195 Kit - 60 MM Stroke, 110 Rod

Hello

Looking at these instructions for the MB 195 kit-

#1) why not a 2.5 mm packer plate and a 2mm head gasket? This would set the transfer ports level with the piston. Is that the goal? I know port timing is immensely complicated, and I am sure they know what works best for their kits but I am curious how this would affect the motor.

#2) Is a 1 – 1.1mm Squish a little too tight? Coming off a soft seize should I increase this a little bit and play it safe?

Thanks

Here is where I am at:

At 4.3 mm in base packing plates, the piston sits “just around” .5mm below the transfer port at BDC. Just like the supplied instructions. For this setup, I would do a .5 mm head gasket, which would get my squish around 1.3 mm.

Or

I could do 4. mm in base packing plates, the piston would be closer to even with the transfer ports at BDC. .7 mm head gasket and still have a 1.3 mm squish.

Does it matter? Is it desired to be a little below the transfer ports at BDC?

Proper EGT?
