Motion for bylaws amendment
Please accept this as my written notice to bring to the floor at the upcoming members meeting a motion to change the following in our bylaws
Motion to Amend
Article IV sec 3
To strike out "with limits set by the executive board or set by themselves'
and to replace with "at the discretion of the currently elected president for the duration of the president's term"

So now that this motion has passed by a majority vote of the membership attending in Bristol, our published By-Laws need to reflect this change.
I strongly encourage a moderator here to post a read-only thread in the members only section to track this and any further modifications and amendments to our by-laws. As our organization grows, we need a good way to track things like this, since we don't have meeting minutes recorded.
